The Industrial Zone in Dholera Smart City is a major part of its development, designed to attract industries and create jobs. Located within the Dholera Special Investment Region (DSIR), this zone is strategically placed along the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC), ensuring excellent connectivity to major cities and ports. The government plans to develop multiple mega industrial parks in phases, with Phase 1 covering about 3,000 hectares of land. These parks are tailored to meet the needs of various industries, including manufacturing, IT, aerospace, and renewable energy. The infrastructure includes wide roads, reliable power supply, and efficient water management systems, all designed to support industrial activities. With these features, the Industrial Zone aims to make Dholera a global hub for industries and economic growth.
